I have a store and would like to carry your products. How do I do this?

We have a national network of Representatives who exhibit in Gift Showrooms. Please contact us for the sales rep near your store.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We usually process and ship orders within 72 hours. You can choose from a variety of shipping options. As soon as you place your order with us you will receive automatically via e-mail your order confirmation. Within 72 hours, we will e-mail you a notification your order was shipped and its tracking number.

How can I track my order?

As soon as you place your order with us you will receive automatically via e-mail your order confirmation. Within 72 hours, we will e-mail you a notification referring your order confirmation that your products were shipped and their tracking number.

What is your return policy?

In case of damaged products we will immediately replace them at no cost. If you are not satisfied a product, you are welcome to exchange it or refund the credit card used for that particular purchase. Please understand that exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of shipment.

Contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-563-2159 Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Pacific Time. Or e-mail us at info@s-vcorp.com. You will then receive a return authorization number (RA) by a Customer Service Representative. Make sure to write this RA number on the packing slip.

When returning your product using the original packaging, be sure to include the original packing slip, Ra number and how you wish to be credited or which item you wish to have as exchange.

Returns and exchanges will only be guaranteed when the package is received. Therefore, Smith & Vandiver recommends that you use an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post) for any shipment and keep the shipping receipt to track status of your package.
